We are getting married and I am looking for a local caterer - the wedding is an informal garden wedding, approximately 35 guests and will be a lunchtime event. I would like canapes to be served around the pool prior to the service, then a 2-course buffet (main and dessert) with a selection of lamb, chicken and beef (and maybe pork), veggies, rice and salads. No idea about dessert yet, but maybe the caterer can come up with some ideas. Do you also provide glasses in addition to the plates and silverware? Please call me to discuss if you need to.
We are getting married in February and so far we are planning to do it at Beyond the Moon in george on sunday the 18th February and want to do a spitbraai with mutton/lamb and chicken and roast potatoes and a salad and pumpkin fritters (pampoen poffertjies) and roast veg and/or cremead broccoli and cauliflower or something similar. Perhaps another salad or garlic bread. And also would love to do a bread table before hand after the ceremony (late morning / early afternoon) with some jams/preserves/paté and cheese only. We have about adults and 20-28 kids most of which are all under 10 years old, actually most 6 or younger. That is if everyone shows up. We don't need desserts but if the service for a cooldrink / water table exists that would be great for with the bread table as well. I would like to know what your costs would be for that amount of people and kids and per person if you provide the meat and a quote for if we can provide you with the lamb/sheep? You are more than welcome to whatsapp me
Hi, My wishes for the catering would be that the meal be prepared at the site in order for our staff to enjoy the atmosphere and magic whilts the spitbraai is being prepared for us. Its our year end party!! please advise payment options as we are only able to make a credit card payment. can you please advise if the menu is halaal? kind regards
This is for a graduation ball event at the garden venue. The venue does not cater for halaal and we therefore need to outsource. The other guests are having a buffet braai menu. Please could you quote on any recommended menus for the event. Please send me a Whatsapp message because my signal is not always good for phone calls.

Hi there We are wanting to host a Christmas type lunch for our guests as well as guests from our surrounding self-catering accommodation providers who don't have the facilities to hold a Christmas social. The focus is on a family friendly day that is casual yet traditional ISH, offering lunch and fun filled activities to go with the surroundings and activities our venue offer. Like biking, hiking, swimming, river tubing, pony rides, jumping castles and other kiddie based activities We have a venue and equipment that can host about 80/ people so we would have to consider renting other tables and chairs on the day perhaps but for now I am looking to focus on the food offering as a lot of the guests will be presold and booked before the actual event, we have to consider the guests will comprise of both adults and children and a vegetarian offering should be made available if at all possible, the focus is on family and friend quality time and enjoying the day as a whole so the catering should be easy hassle free and somewhat more casual. We do have a functional events venue with mess and kitchen...with both inddor and outdoor serving areas in the form of a chapel as well as a large deck off our bar venue, so weather is not a HUGE obstacle, we also have access to staff that we could utilize on the day as servers etc but all catering offerings would be appreciated and considered. Many Thanks S

I am unable to take calls. Please reach out to me either on email or Whatsapp and I will be able to answer any of your questions. I would like a quote for an event for max people. We will need light finger food for all attendees in the late morning, and then about 40 people will need a sit-down late lunch with plates, silverware and chairs included. Tables will not be necessary. The other 60 people will be having a spit braai and will need a tent and plates and silverware. We can supply the lamb for the spit braai. Please may you supply me with a quotation for the above, if possible? Thanks!
