This four-step process should help you find the right architect for the job of drawing house plans.
A 2 bedroom home for VIlla Maroc. Ideally with a loft space or extra room as an additional entertainment area (mancave) with a skylight. Large open space living area with a skylight, modern kitchen, main bedroom to have a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with double shower and free standing tub. A second bathroom with shower. Preference for downlights. Wood laminate flooring throughout with the exception of tiles for the bathrooms. Concept ideas and design aspects I like included in attachments. Energy effecient home if possible. Exterior would need to meet criteria of estate but definite preference for blacks and whites. Costs to be kept down without sacrificing on quality. Hi, Just moved in to our new home and require a few changes. - Remodeling of the kitchen having a island with a gas stove. - Extention of the ensuit main bedroom. By a 2mtr wall extension. - Extension of the seating area incorporating the patio to be part of the living space. - Minimal landscaping -Floor work for two guest bedrooms. - Closing of the garage and adding cupboards for storage.

I am wanting to convert a garage into two rooms with ensuite bathrooms. We anticipate having to do the following: 1. brick up the garage doors and insert two doors into the side wall of the garage 2. Divide the rooms with dry walking from floor to roof 3. Each bathroom will have a shower, toilet and basin 4. Insert a window into a side wall Note 1 the garage has a thatch roof so dry walking has to go all the way to the apex Note 2 the existing side door will remain although it currently is on the side wall not the back wall as shown in the image. I am looking to remodel my entire house. I would like to change the rooms inside to have an ensuite, I want to change the kitchen to a different space and divide the rooms to be a granny flat. The granny flat is going to be attached to the house it's not going to be a separate building, I would also like a workshop but please advise on which area inside my house I can plan to have it.

I need a 4 bedroom house built for an affordable price on a plot in Benoni. We are looking for simple. Flat steel roof. modern squire simple design. Attached are some ideas. We will not be going for such big windows to save cost. However look the frame of the house. I am looking at having a 4 bedroom flat , The main bedroom will have an en suite .1 Bathroom , Kitchen ,lounge ,dinning room garage (bigger than a normal size garage) .I dont want any paving just bricks outside, the rooms inside will also need plastering and interior painting.
