I have 2 wall sharing outbuildings. I would like 1 of the unit to have plumbing and electric completed. The plumbing pipes are already in place, just need connection in bathroom. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). Roofing is in place, it's corrugated. Will need ceiling.
i HAVE MOVED OUT OF A TOWNHOUSE AND REQUIRE CERTAIN ROOMS (not all rooms) TO BE PAINTED OR RESTORED back to the condition when I originally moved in. It’s a carport type roof over a patio. Roof dimension is 6.5 m x 4.3 m, On the one 6.5m side it can be mounted on the wall and on the other side there are 3 brick/ concrete pillars of xmm . The frame to support the roof must be steel please. The covering must IBR sheeting, either galvanised or chromadek. Please quote on both types.

1. Coloured walls need to be repainted to original colour. 2. All holes in the walls to be filled. 3. There are multiple ceiling boards either missing or damaged; they need to be replaced. 4. Conduits and double sided tape to be removed before painitng. 5. Light switches and plug points with paint on need to be cleaned. if possible: 6. Some of the dry walling panels were removed, and it have to be replaced.
