Quote 1.1: Bedroom Light - Light will not turn on. Bedroom Floor/Tiles - Cracked floorboard as well as several soft spots in the floor. Quote 2.1: Bathroom Tap - Once tap is opened it will not shut off. Quote 3.1: Outside Drains - Drain not working. Will not drain as it is higher than the gutter. Filter is not in and cannot be put in. Quote 4.1: Outside Roof - The fascia is rotten under the gutters.
