Thorough cleaning for my guesthouse approximately once or twice a week depending on booking. I expect things to be in their respective places and the place must be in exceptional condition to receive my guests. I also expect the cleaning services to use their own resources instead of what i make available to my guests.
The toilet cistern does not stop filling when it reaches its fill and water keeps draining into the toilet which wastes water. I, therefore, need to open and close the water valve which feeds into the cistern to fill and stop filling it which is very annoying. The cistern lid is also broken so I suspect that a new toilet cistern would need to be installed. I need help, please feel free to contact me

Regarding expectations - I expect very high-quality domestics with professional training, who listens to me and does what I ask them without having an attitude or back-chatting me. I expect someone with professional training, who will take special care when cleaning our house to not damage or break our things, and also when ironing and/or steaming our clothes. I expect her to always go the extra mile instead of just doing the bare minimum. I want someone with a lot of experience, but not someone old who can't get on a ladder to clean windows and high ceilings. I want someone who can take initiative to clean and do things around the house without me having to dictate to her what to do all the time. The house is newly renovated and completely empty. There are no furniture in the house and all the wardrobes and kitchen cabinets are empty. All appliances are new and the kitchen is new, meaning, there is no stubborn dirt. There are no rugs or carpets. The walls, doors & skirtings are freshly painted. The house just needs one general clean before we move in the furniture. Cleaning date preferably the 9th of December.
