Service should provide cleaning equipment and consumables. Apartment is 3 bedroom (1 bedroom used as office), 2 bathroom unit of sqm. The bedrooms have vinyl flooring that should be cleaned appropriately. The rest of the apartment has tiled floors. One loose rug in living area. There is an outside patio (included in sqm) to be cleaned as well. There are no pets. No need to do any dishes or laundry.
I would like them to pay special attention to the kitchen - the oven especially and the kitchen cupboards. The lounge tiles and the laminated flooring in the 2 bedrooms need to be cleaned, I would also like the brassware to be cleaned. I also need the windows cleaned on the outside and the inside.
