I want to build 4x 3 bedroom houses on my Plot. I want the 2houses double garage's to join next to each other like one wall in the middle. and then on other side of yard also same. Roof has borers.Single beam, exposed timber roof. Need to replace roof. Inside the house I want to increase the size of the kitchen by 1 m in length. Want to change the sunken garage into the dining room? Outside the house Extend back of the house about 8 m in length by width 1 m... Then extend one side of the house by 1m and the length of that side is 12 m. Extend the front of the house by 3 m... the length of the front is about 8 m. Thank you. God bless. Hi, I am considering buying a property in Rondevlei. It is a piece of land with an old farmhouse on it. I need your expertise to assess the house to see what we can do with it. I need more space either by building out or up into an attic. I dont know what the laws are, hence i need your advice. Could you quote me on coming out to the property and giving me your opinion? or do you do an evaluation of foundation/general ability whether walls can be rearranged and so on? Many thanks
I live in an existing townhouse of m2. There was an open area under the house which I enclosed to yield a store room and an all-purpose room, additional living space obtained about 35m2.
