Hi, I urgently need a quote please for some repairs on a property rental in North End. It's my moms property and she's battling with the tenant. Please let me know urgently if you can assist with a quote on repairs. Kitchen cupboards, counter top replacement, toilet seat replace, fix bedroom cupboard door, soap dish in bathroom ect.
1 Main bedroom (3 walls and 1 wall with window). 3 standard bedrooms (2 walls, 1 wall with window and 1 with wardrobes). Passage both sides. Living room (3 walls and one with sliding door). Reception room (3 walls and one with double window). Dining room (3 walls and 1 with window). Study room the size of a single garage (3 walls and 1 with window). Ceilings fir all those rooms. Ceiling needs some fixing. I need an estimate quote. Most of the walls are currently Grey and need to paint them cream or a homely color. Need quote to include the cost of the paint.
I have an old wooden floor in a room upstairs, for some years it was carpeted and we left it alone because no one was living upstairs. My daughter has now moved into the upstairs room and we need to get the wooden flooring fixed or replaced as it is making quite a noise. The dimensions of the room is roundabout 8x6.

I am not completely sure about the square meters of the property, I am open to having someone come out to measure properly in order to give the most accurate quote. Hi We have some old Astro that is in storage that we would like to install in our school gym facility. The floor space is roughly 6m wide and 25m in length. We have an old carpet there currently that would need to be ripped out and replaced with the turf. We possibly would require a general cleaning of the turf if it is something you are able to provide. I have a room 4,2m x 4,2m that needs a replacement wooden floor. Plus minus 18 Sqr meters. I also need a quote on the support beams. There were 9 support beams 4,4 m or 18 2,2m 40mm x mm in the floor. As well as quotes for skirting boards. 4 x 4,2m I am in Richmond KZN so please give a quote for delivery as well. Please could you quote on four red carpet runners for me for my sales showroom to walk up to the entrance of an aircraft. Each runner should be 3m x 1m and should be a good quality red carpet (not mottled in any way), with a fabric or canvas type edging that will last and make is sit well on the floor after being rolled up for storage.
