Remodel Backroom, currently it is a one room which we use as a store room and would like to add one room (bedroom),toilet and a shower. Replace the current window with a garage door, open a new window(garage window). On the new room I would to have 1 bathroom window at the back and two 1.5 windows and a door.

I want to add a main bedroom with a walk in closet and bathroom on top of our current main bedroom and guest bedroom but in a wendy/logg home type of build to make the building costs as well as building period less. I already know what I want and I have a design I did myself I want to know how much it would cost to make the nessasery changes on the plans and to get everything signed off and approved.
I live on a farm, nearest town is Hoedspruit. We are situated between the shop Blue Bottle, and Kampersrus (if you know the area, this is the best estimation I can give, but will send a pin drop if I accept a quote). I need a quote to maintain our yard's lawn. It is a sloping yard with one tree, but the tree does not need maintenance, it grows fairly slowly. It does have massive seeds that it drops off, but that is not a difficult thing to pick up. I basically need the lawn to be cut every 2 weeks, and the weeds pulled. There are no flower beds to maintain, it is just the lawn and weeds.

I would also like the furniture like the reception desk and a bit of decor in the reception area. then in my office, I would like the table, chair and cupboards for item storage. outside the rental space, I would like a patio, with artificial grass on the floor. the patio will cover an area of about 20 square meters. It will have a glass enclosure with curtains. the patio area will be used as a waiting area for my clients.
