I am looking to move into the house in March and need to renovate the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen will need a wall broken down to extend what is the current dining room. I need new finishes, cabinets, stove, painting, lighting. The bathroom - I need to renovate the shower - new tiling, shower head. Tne tiling needs to be replaced, and the built in bath to be replaced by a stand alone bath which i have, The basin will also need ot be replaced by a double basin with new cabinet.

We need to repaint a carport. The roof is coverd with standard IBR .The size is 6m wide and 33m long The top and bottom of the carport needs to be cleaned from rust and painted 1 coat red oxide and 2 coats acrylic roof paint. the roof structure also needs to be cleaned and re-painted we need an estimate to put in our budget for the financial year Please supply different rates for cleaning, paint, labour to be able to compare apples with apples on the different quotes of contractors
Small 2 story home , flat open erf sq meter erf, located in central town (plettenberg bay) . could be between 85- sq meters. Possibly adding a 3 rd level to ensure there is a view towards the north and or north east (lagoon/ mountain view from top story). This will need to be a 3 bedroom house that is open plan. We are looking at the prices of standard bricks and / or Building blocks. We have a plan that has been approved however, the plan is from another ERF and the elevations on the plot is more or less level. Ground is Sandy as far as I can tell. We need a builder that is NHBRC registered that can work with the bank. Attached is the plan, how ever, we only need the house done with the patio, not the garages ect. if that can be quoted separately to see how far we ca go
