14 meters by 4 meters (56 square meters) in size. It is going to be a vibracrete house on a back yard property. The 14 meter front wall will have 5 windows & 14 meter back wall will have two fixed windows with the main door. Both 14 meter walls will be 1 meter away from neighbors boundary walls. So "No Objection Forms " will be necessary, but not a problem because of good neighbors. I want to do it within Building Code Planning Regulations.
Got a system now it stoped working battery problems let it stand for while. I bought a new battery. It won't arm or work. Our alarm company, Blue Security, sent some to check he said it's old and need new system. Need a quote to repair upgrade. I believe they just trying their luck. I am happy to move to new company sign contract.
My boyfriend and I hosting a celebration/dinner party for friends and family at a private venue in Salt River. The event starts from 16:30 with welcome drinks where we would like a few group shots following which we would like a few candid/documentary-style shots of the dinner party hosts and guests enjoying the meal. Good day, I am working on a building project and wanted to find out how many 1-bedroom units can be built on land approximately 1 .58 square meters big. This includes parking and enough space to avoid clutter. The building can also be 2 stories high. Also, roughly how much would the entire project cost? My place is in Welkom. I'm busy trying to do rezoning and the town planner suggested that I should get an architect to do a plan for me. According to him he said the municipality can only allow 8 rooms. My wishes: 8 rooms, I wanted more if possible but with the restrictions in that municipality it might be a problem according to the town planner. I also need each room to have small kitchen area, place to sleep, and toilet with shower.
I work for the South African Police Service and we will be having our year-end function soon. The photography will not be covered by the department so I am looking for a good, yet affordable option for 80 people. We are looking at either a full day photographer to take pictures or to hire a photo booth. Please advise on which option will be best and also confirm if you provide props as well?
