I need to remove and reinstall 2 of my aircons, between 2 houses. Dining room & main bedroom. I need to do an exchange. From one free standing house to another free standing house We are moving houses, our current house has new aircons, we are moving to another house where old aircons are installed. We would like to exchange these aircons between the houses and move into our new house with our new aircons & move our old aircons to our current house.
Hi I am looking for a carport that would be 8m long to fit two cars next to each other, please. I would like to hang roller/drop blind on each side of the carport. I have attached pictures of where I want the carport to be. It needs to be a solid roof and not a net. Is this something that you assist me with? Hope to hear from you soon. Charéll
Good morning Please would you quote me for building the carport attached. I've attached the following: 1. Picture of my house where the carport will be 2. My neighbour's carport (my carport should also be similar) 3. Drawings by architect (6m x 6m are the dimensions), they have been approved by municipality finally 4. The picture of an example where the 4th pillar needs to be slightly in (this will also be necessary in my carport, for easy exit out of the garage).
I have a double door garage and interested in a simple but smart carport with open sides and my house have no gutters I want the water from the roof to fall on the carport then to the garden in other words the carport should slant a bit to the garden which will be on the left from main gate.I had a net scotch type of a port but now have put some corrugated irons on the scotch shape but not happy with it at all.Want to give it a nice flat design
We’d like to request a quote for the following activities: - Scoping and changing water usage at an office building; - This would include, installation of taps, which use less water; - Reduce bucket load of toilets/placing a brick in them or having spring mechanisms installed for no continued flushing by accident; - Water efficiency at the car washing area? They already use a hose. - We would like to implement changes that do not have to change peoples behaviors, rather work around those behaviors. i.e. reduce water coming out of taps for example, instead of trying to police people. - The office block has two levels and a small house area and a security house, this would then include o 2x women’s bathrooms, o 2x men’s bathrooms, o A bathroom for the apartment, o Bathroom for the security hut. We'd need the work to reduce water consumption by at least 20% and need a quote to approve funding requirements. Please let me know if there is any additional information I could supply. The funding is a fund we are fetching for a greening of a building. Funds will be released, we just need to know how much.
I wanted to request the advice and a quotation. We have damp coming through the concrete floor, and have been advised that the main problem is that the paving around the house is directing rain water towards the house rather than away from it. We would therefore need to reset the paving and possibly consider other aspects of drainage For your urgent consideration.
I want to give my deck area a shade net carport. I have approved plans for the shadeport but the other materials are too expensive. Extending carport and also fixing veranda with carport material which is leaking badly. Please separate quote for leakage and extension one. It could be 1 as an extension and one stand alone, as we have already the bigger size of 2. Please indicate if you can be able also to fix the veranda that is made of carport material.
I need to cover the drying yard of the property the yard is approx. 6m x 3m. Though I have specified a hard cover would consider shade netting. The only purpose of this cover is to keep the yard dry from the rain and would request your advice. The structure should be robust to withstand monkeys walking on it.
I recently installed a jojo tank where the builder placed the pipes underneath a concrete slab but the conrete ended up in the pipes thus blocking it. I would like to relay a small portion of the pipe which directly comes out of the jojo tank and also lift the pump by 30cm. We will have to use a angle grinder to get the pump out.
