I live in a small complex in Boksburg, Gauteng next to East Rand Mall. Have a standard one car shadenet on existing solid steel structure, but the shadecloth has torn, and need to be replaced with a new shadecloth. Size = 2,8m x 4,2m Steel structure may also need to be repainted, but tensioning steel-cables are still good. Need indicative quotes please.
I would like to find out what it would cost more or less if i should put up a netting shade-port at my home, there are four cars. I live in a complex and will be doing the shade port with my neighbor so we would like use the wall on ONE side with brackets & only have "front" poles for the Shadeport. The distance from the one wall to the other is just over 11m. I attached photos for you to see.

The canopy structure for walkways shall be designed to include portal frames, purlins, and metal sheet and supported on a reinforced concrete pad footings. All steel works shall be bolted or welded. Scope: Leak apparently occurred around a drain vent extending through roof. Roof covered with shingle type tiles. Complex more than 20 years old Some woodwork below roof has water damage. Extent to be assessed. Roof tiles seem okay but check required. Quote to include repairs and replacement of affected tiles / wood work / water proofing. Eaves covers and facia also have paint damage due to water leak(s). State if paint repairs are included or not.
Im doing this for the comfort reasons of my family. Its in the back court yard, small but pleasant. Will be slightly narrower than a double size and must be high and strong enough (with bars in place) for me to hang 2 kayaks (28kg each) between the the car port and the roof of the car.
