At the moment, our lounge dining room and kitchen are open planned. There’s a loft above the kitchen. We would like to extend the lounge(by 3m) and give our house a modern finish. We would like to build a double volume lounge ,dining room. Outside the kitchen is an entertainment area which is 6x6m, we would like to incorporate the entertainment with the house.
As a school we are wanting to renovate our staff room. I attach an architect's proposed plan. It will include renovating the kitchen, putting vinyl flooring, replacing chairs and tables, building new pigeon holes for 72 teachers, replacing stack doors to the outside patio and upgrading the patio area with a screen. My Visa Center Needs to be remodelled. but we still want to keep operations running whilst all the renovations are happening. We are closed on weekends and i dont mind opening up the center for renovations to carry on without any operations running. i am also willing for this to happen after hours. The house should be two story house. Atleast with 4 to 5 bedrooms. I would like tascan roofing, porch and balcony. I have square meter, piece of land. I have municipal plan but I want to make some alterations. This plan is the two story house plan. I would like to add 3 more bedrooms on 2nd floor and a balcony on the lounge which must be over the garage. Attached please find the examples on how more less I would like the house to look like.
