There are masonite ceiling boards beneath the roof overhang around the outside of house. The brandering and supports for theses boards is old / rotten / missing and the boards are starting to come loose They need to be reattached and the edges sealed with silicon please. I am happy to Whatsapp pictures of the temporary repairs that I have done if this will help.
The roof was recently painted and the winter has damaged some of the roof sheets. The roof is leaking in 3 areas. I would like the roof to be checked and any issues sorted. I have an old roof. The builder has advised me it is either asbestos or fibre cement. I have some water proofing that needs to be done.
6 seven meter metal sheets. The rain has completely ruined my roof and I need 6 metal sheets of 7 meters in size each. I only need the supply and I am willing to collect the materials myself as well. The carport needs to come from the side of the house which is about 1 meter in width, and to the way to the front of house which is about 6x6m if I'm not mistaken. I would like a quote I'm not sure what the correct measurements are at this stage. We would also like carport roof that is solid for all weather conditions especially rain, but brings in natural sunlight to the home still. Please advise. Thank you

There can be no implanting with concrete due to Estate rules in order to term the port as a temporary structure. I am considering purchasing a dilapidated house and renovating it. I think it needs the slate roof replaced entirely (roof trusses as well). The tiling area (not floor area) is approximately m2. Our roof has been leaking for the past 11 years. The insurance has fixed it, we have tried fixing it and it is still leaking. We will need to replace the roof completely. We will need some advice with regards to what material to use for the roof.
