Hi I had the process of having the website designed started with a different designer so it is about 40% complete. The previous designer did not do the design in a timely fashion after receiving payment up front. So we have to get someone to finish the site. It is a normal business site and e-commerce site,the e-commerce side of the website does not have to go live at this stage. We just need the business part of the site to be life at this stage. Existing asbestos roofing needs cleaning, some sealing and painting. Exterior walls, barge boards and facia boards need painting. Wooden doors and windows need varnishing, all window putty to be replaced. Property has two buildings i.e. main house + outbuilding. Work to be done on both structures. Boundary walls also require painting.
