We bought a house where the main bedroom and ensuite bathroom as well as a second bathroom burned down. I am moving into a new house and I want to change the wall colour in the lounge from a bright blue to Plascon’s Antique Petal (off-white/creme). The room is approximately 20sqm with only two full walls. (See attached photos). The contractor needs to have their own equipment. I would like for painting to commence on 14 December.
The outside has to be according the Khamabga Bay guidelines. Inside open spaces, minimalist, nothing extravagant but a homely house. 2-3 bedrooms, upstairs a main bedroom on suite. Must be very big with walk-in closet not cuboards. Downstairs two small bedrooms. Joint rooms with bathroom in middle that has a door at both entrances to bathroom.
I need Pallasades on top of a precast wall height of wall - 6 feet I need palisades between mm - 1 meter installed on top of the wall length required 14 meter i saw an image of the different types of palisades - i would prefer a butterfly or devils fork attached is a photo of the garden area - the palisades mys go on the wall where the Jasmin is planted(left side) between the houses

We are still in the planning phase to build on an erf we bought in Murdock Valley in Simon's Town. It is on quite a steep slope in Rocklands. To aid our planning we are looking for a rough estimate cost per square meter for average & luxury home prices (double storey up the slopes) - excluding the cost of excavations and retaining walls required. There is a road adjacent to the plot so should be easily accessible. We are just looking for a rough estimate and a potential price range to work with for our planning.

Good Morning, I would please like a quote on materials and installation of doggy bars on my existing palisade fence. We would like the easiest and most affordable solution to keep our 2 miniature (escape artist) Yorkies within our garden walls without them potentially getting hurt. Some of the existing palisades might have to be lengthened at the bottom as well. I am not sure how long the fence is.
