I would like to request a quote for a simple garden layout, mostly planting of lawn/grass and installation of irrigation. Regarding irrigation in particular, I would like to have water tanks installed for gathering rain water to be used when the tanks have water, otherwise a switch system of sorts to use municipality water when tank water is not available, including an automated/timing system for watering the garden. I'm not sure if that is something you do, or if it is something I would have to do beforehand. Nevertheless, I would still like to get an idea of what the installation of irrigation and planting of grass would cost at my home. The garden is in a sorry state and I think this is the right direction to go. Would it be possible for someone to come and look and provide me with a quote or rough estimate, that such a project would cost me? I would prefer email communication as per regarding of the meeting.

1. Do you offer external wood staining for weather protection. 2. We've had damp proofing to our home in the past, and it's starting to come back, although not as bad. There are a few sections (3 levels) however only a few patches which need damp repair. 3. Painting over after damp proofing 3 separate quotes would be ideal
I would like to convert our garage into a room that doubles as a home office/gym. i.e. home office during the day, gym in the evening. Ita on a deck exactly similar to the one displayed on the attachments. The video attached is ons that was already done in regards to the paint being removed . These pillars are so difficult to remove the paint . Small gaps and difficult to get to every side . So a qoute for paint removal and new paint + restoration on most of the pillars . Cracks , broken concrete , etc .
I would like to refresh the interior (first phase) and exterior (second phase) of my house. The interior refresh will include painting the bathroom tiles, painting the floor tiles (whole house) and fixing cracks and holes in current tiling. The kitchen cabinets, tiles and walls will also require painting. Finally the interior walls will require repainting. Hopefully this can be done before the holidays. The exterior refresh will include repainting the boundary walls and the house exterior walls including the garage doors. Palisade fence between neighbors will also need to be painted white. This can happen in January.
