Hi There! So, I have a one bedroom unit, that already has a concrete slab on top to build up, so I just want to build the same unit on top of the existing one. So it will be 4 exterior walls, 2 interior walls for the bathroom on the one corner and obviously windows and a sliding door..and then a flat roof that I can turn into a patio. Thank you. The property is an old stone farm barn that I would like to turn into a 2-3 bedroom house. I would like to keep the character of the building and its surroundings while still incorporating modern amenities and keeping it in line with a small budget. I love South African architecture and would prefer no Tuscan inspired designs as a must.
