The paint on the walls are lifting, there is dampness which tells me there needs to be a leakage someone and we need to fix that. In the past 3 years, I have completed minor renovations at my home in Paulshof, Jhb North. The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting. I have had electricians come in, spend 3 hours, charge me tons of money, they have replaced the dimmer, and yet the problem persists. please could you come have a look and see if you can find the fault?
