Need to add another building to the current alarm system and extend the service contract or change the service provider. As the estate is rented out, I am looking for a security service provider who brings in the components required to provide the service at a monthly/annual fee. Needs to take full responsibility of alarm system operations so tenants are not involved in keeping the system running. Looking for service providers offering such "Security as a Service" model as I don't want to invest in alarm system components but lease them as part of the service.
Armed response and alarm. Also need fitment of an alarm and sensors. Gated access apartment building. Ground floor studio with two entrances. A front door and a sliding glass door (with trellidor) onto walled garden. The garden gate opens onto a communal garden. There is a window in the kitchen and one in the bedroom.
My 91 year father lived in Gardens, Cape Town, on his own. He has been hassled by beggars for many years and they have now convinced him to go to the ATM with him so he can draw money out for them. They have threatened him, to such an extent that he has had anxiety attacks and has landed up in hospital. I would be like to know if: A. You have any security guard availability B. How much would the monthly fee be it to have someone guarding the front gate for a 12 hour period from 08:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Sunday
We are an Old Age Home situated on the Old Main Road in Edendale. We accommodate 55 elderly and frail residents. We also have nursing, admin and kitchen staff. We require one guard at night from 18h00 to 06h00 every night. The service provider would enter into a contract with us on an annual basis, with the right to cancel the contract due to ineffectual service.
We would like to have options on a fire alarm system based at Fyred - preferably a bell and flashing light. If this goes off then everyone must go to the assembly point. In addition, we have discussed a security siren with flashing light that our security can press in the event of an emergency / incursion. A panic button based at the guard house and another at the coffee shop. I am thinking we could combine both requirements and have a fire-alarm-bell, security-siren-linked-to-panic-button and flashing-orange-light (that goes off in the event of both). The reason for splitting the system out is that if security hit the panic button and the siren comes on, we don't want people rushing to the assembly point, we want them to stay inside. Also splitting them out will notify us who to call, so a siren = armed response unit.
My wish is sponsored alarm system. My school is about 9km away from Hillcrest town. It is junior primary school with an enrolment less than because of small population. This means that we receive very less in funds allocations. We have had 4 burglaries since the year started. We are targeted because they know we cannot afford security at night. We have one volunteer during the day, that receives stipend from the department. They target the kitchen and admin building , taking stoves and food. Our learners would go hungry. Teaching and learning is disrupted. Kindly accept my humble request. Thank you Mrs. Nelly Kikine (Principal)
