How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
A house with -3 bedrooms, including 1 master bedroom with a bathroom and a closet must be spacious. -A open plan kitchen and dining area - A normal TV room -1 bathroom with a shower and a bathtub excluding the main bathroom -A built-in braai area and an outdoor patio with easy glass door access to the exterior Roughly R-R
Remove the bathtub, install a toilet and a basin in the bathroom.It's just a small project but want it to be perfectly done by a registered contractor
Addition of a large main bedroom, with ensuite bathroom (with bath and shower) and walk-in closet. I need contractors to come over and have a look at the structure and then we will take it from there.
