Responded promptly and efficiently to my needs, which included a diagnosis of a fault with an existing split air-conditioning unit that had broken down and need to be replaced and the provision a quote for the supply and installation if a replacement. Acceptance of the quote resulted in installation taking place the next day and completed to my total satisfaction in just over 1 hour.

They have really made the effort to help me as quick as possible with the problem I had. In fact, I am now using this Company for future work as well. I am satisfied with their work.

I know nothing about Air-conditioning, he explained all the different options to me so clearly, and he was never pushing me and neither did he ever get irritated with all my questios, he gave me all the options and was just available immediately whenever I had a question!! I had a great experience with the AC installation service. The team was super professional and they were punctual to the appointment, which is always a plus. They really knew their stuff! Just wish the pricing was a bit more affordable, and there were a few minor things left undone, but overall, I'm happy with how it turned out.

While the installation went well, I felt the service was a bit overpriced considering the level of work delivered. There were some aspects that seemed incomplete, which left me a bit disappointed. I expected more for the price, although they were quite professional and got the job done on time.
