If we go ahead, I’m happy to finalise options and portions closer to the time. Budget is around R8, for 60 women — let me know if that sounds reasonable. 2. Beach Picnic (Saturday 28th March ) A bit of an unusal ask, and probably off the menue of offering haha. We’ve arranged cooler-style baskets and would love to explore having your company prepare the contents. We’ll provide the baskets — it would be amazing if you could fill them with: • A sandwich or pita-style item • A selection of fruit • Some snacks • A sweet treat Open to your suggestions too! We’d need 40 baskets, each for 4 people. Happy to chat about quotes if you are able to assist. 3. Wedding Morning Breakfast (Sunday 29th March ) This would be for both the bridal and groom’s houses as we get ready. Thinking platters could work well. We’d need enough food for around 30–35 people (bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, makeup artists, etc.).
