We used ImmaQue pools to reline our fibreglass pool.The light was removed and the weir totally replaced. Inlet pipe was replaced as well as MPV pool valve. A bladder was used to store the water , so no wastage. Dumi and his team were flawless from start to finish. Dumi is pedantic about every detail, which makes his company our 10star choice. His team Wonder, Gidon, Temba, Simba and Robert are all dedicated, meticulous and skilled in their field and worked so well together. They actually made the whole job look easy, which I know its not. Over priced for work done...I still do not think it is 100% fixed...did not have basic materials to do the small job so he had to go to the hardware store...also no invoice for work done...warranty...obviously I have none.

The owner is not always coming back to you. You need to keep on phoning him and leaving messages, but he seldamly come back to you. He is not available to supervise his workers. I was supervising them myself. The team is not punctual, the arive at different times every day and sometimes not before 10:00 in the mornings. The two skylights and the car port was a problem, that they had to come back and fix. A lot of tools they needef, they did not had and they have to borrowed my tools.
What the client forgot to mention is thet we did R 3500 extra waterproofing free of charge and that we fixed all his roof leaks and that he recommended us to his neighbour wich roof we also did and both of them gave us compliments on our good work.
Went the extra mile and answered our questions.

Good day, please can you send me a quote for a weekly maintenance plan. Also include whether there would be any extra charges for chemicals required etc. Also confirm that, apart from the Kreepy, does the company bring its own equipment, such as poles, nets and brushes etc? We employed a company at the beginning of December who said that, apart from a monthly maintenance fee (weekly maintenance), they would also have to quote a seperate once-off fee for (quote) "getting the pool to look right" before they could do weekly maintenance. However, nearly 6 weeks later, although the pool is blue, they have not made it clear, and we have at no stage been able to see the bottom of the pool. Can you please give me more than one quote.
