We currently have one night time guard Sunday to Saturday and one day time guard Saturday and Sunday/ Public Holidays and over the Christmas closure period. This is our monthly requirement. We have a residential property which contains a main house and 3 flatlets. The flatlets are let out and the newest occupant is presenting problems. Since occupation in June, the other tenants and family who occupy main house are plagued by raucous parties, verbal abuse, vulgar language and week long parties at all hours of the day and night. The new tenant has quickly connected with shadier elements in the neighbourhood and we are battling with an influx in traffic and dodgey visitors who do not belong and are being housed despite strict laws concerning stay over guests.
