Tgere was no time for preparations that is what that company doing to all tge staff. They did not pay me out my leave money and they hold back a 3/4 of my salary without no reason or explanation. Bathroom: currently I have a bath shower, but I'd like the bath removed and just a regular shower installed. Kitchen: currently there is a wall hole from kitchen to lounge, with an island in the middle. I'd like the majority of the separating wall removed, and a free/floating island placed in the new joint kitchen lounge. Not sure what walls we can take down however as one may be a load bearing wall.

We have recently moved into a house in Brooklyn. The garden is terrible with no structure, the back yard was overgrown in ivy. We have removed dead an unsightly trees, most of the ivy. Left with bare walls that is extremely unsightly. Would love a low maintenance garden, preferably evergreen plants especially round the pool area, create some privacy from neighbors and select a grass type that will work in full sun as well as shade. A general overall is required. It an old house and would like the garden to blend in with the architecture. Budget is tight, with the correct guidance that we desperately need, we will be able to do it ourselves over time.
