This house already has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining, living and kitchen area. We just need to add a garage, 1 bedroom, and deck.
I'm moving into a new home and would like to renovate/ remodel as well potentially extend all depends on the costs

4 Flatlet build for around 86m2
Old house to be made more modern, seal roof leaks, change wooden ceiling install tiles
To Build a double story rental units, with 4 units being 2bedroom units & 4 Units being 1bedroom units. Need quotation to submit to bank for financing. Foundation and outer walls have already been built. See below picture of land and unfinished structure.
I am no satisfied with the house that I have just built. Reason is I feel it's too small and that it don't incorporate what i envisioned. Hence, I would be happy if you can perhaps share a way to a second floor option since it's the only way left it seem for renovation.
