Remodel/rebuild an existing lapa area with built-in braai. The current supporting structure is a combination of bricks and sleeper wood, with a thatched roof. Want to change the supporting structure to be bricks only and replace thatch with tiles, in full. Keeping built-in braai, in place. 5. Architect must be registered with SACAP; do all necessary drawings , applications and obtain approvals from our local municipality and work together with us and the local municipality for any requirements, inspections prior, during and after alterations. 6.
