Tax compliance of the company. 9. Issuing of certificates to lawyers when unit is sold. Ad hoc tasks needed: 1. The company is still registered with only 2 Directors from inception and this needs to be changed to the current HOA members. 2. Annually after AGM updating of directors, should there be any changes.
