I a divorced . Divorce decree. Property to be sold and proceeds to the three children ( minors at the time. Title deed in ex husband and my name. Unfortunately, the endorsement to transfer the title deed to my name was not done. The three children now adults do not wish to sell the property as the live with me at the property. I typically want to run the following: - fridge / freezer - lights - two monitors - one laptop - air fryer (potentially) I have gas water heating and cooking.
