I have 2 wall sharing outbuildings. I would like 1 of the unit to have plumbing and electric completed. The plumbing pipes are already in place, just need connection in bathroom. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). Roofing is in place, it's corrugated. Will need ceiling.

We have more than 10 houses in one yard where orphaned children live. Some of the houses are heavuly damaged due to the rocky foundation and some need repairs. The health inspection recommended evacuation of the children. We want to repair the ones not heavuly damaged so the centre cannot be shutdown

It must provide easy payment options including immediate direct debits if possible. I require a quote to build the site and a separate quote to oversee the site on an annual contract basis.
