I was referred to you by Dr. Layren O'Brien and she thinks you're the best option for me. She diagnosed that I have severe untreated anxiety and I can confirm it is a problem. I would like to learn coping mechanisms for it. I would like to test to see if I am on any neurodivergent spectrum as well as I've always had the suspicion and I would like to know if the anxiety is linked to it.
