I need to change passive sensors to pet friendly sensors ... or possible just calibrate the existing passive senors. My dog trips the sensors. I need a setup to re-connect the existing camera to the existing DVR to be able to view on the app on my phone. I need to connect the electronic gate to a PGM (relay) so that I can trigger the f=gate from my alarm app. I can currently turn lights on an off from my alarm app but the electronic gate is not connected in the same way.
Well the wooden door has Ribbed like glass and on the side wooden frame where the locks meet. That side glass is broken and needs replacing. It's a plain glass as I think it was broken before. But I would like the matching Ribbed glass as the main door for the side broken door. Do you have that in stock and are you in Somerset west? I'm in CBD near Lion square. The garage door must be fitting for a double garage and automated at best. One double door garage is preferred with wooden material otherwise I am open for advice. The garage door must must be blocks or stripes. A roll-up is preferred however an open door style or tilt style can be navigated. Any other aspect can be discussed with the Pro.

ALL we want is 4 wireless beams in front outside, 4 Eyes in the workshop, 2 wireless beams at the back (we have our own just need to be installed), an app on the phone and if possible something on the gate motor that will let us know when the gate is opened. I have two areas with parquet flooring - 1 off approx 36sqm and the other 15 sqm that is partially sanded and sealed. I want to resand and reseal both these areas. No skirting required. Please quote these 2 off areas separately. I also need informaiton on the drying/curing time in which the area cannot be used.
Looking to cost and determine what a new alarm system would cost. My current one is old and dated. Have 4 beams. Keypad in house and remote arming. Eyes inside the house are a waist. 3 main door access points. I am with a security company but looking to do a new system. 3 beams can be re used and working well. Keypad very old, door magnets need replacing.
The existing wooden door which leads onto the balcony from the apartment blocks stairwell was broken off by the wind. We need the frame repaired if damaged and the door which is a hollow door replaced with a solid wooden door but the cheapest one available. The new solid door has to look similar to the other balcony doors in the block, please see the attachment for the design. The existing hinges, lock and door handle can be used on the new door. If the new door can be varnished in the same colour as the old one then please go ahead but if not then no problem, we will varnish it.
