She has deleted all existing registration documents on e filing. I asked her to assist with RLA and no progress was made.

She created work by deleting all existing SARS e filing then quoted me to reregister and only thereafter would she start registering for the RLA. I trusted her but that was a mistake.

Good afternoon sir, I only started updating your profile. I only deleted documents and your login details that you provided to me - I did not want to keep your records on my desktop, seeing that you told me to hold off on everything on you want to go back to the people that you first worked with. I did not charge you for any of the work that I did for you, told you that I would invoice after due to the bad experiences you had with other accountants that you paid but did nothing. I, on the other hand, sent you feedback and screen grabs and explained what I am doing and how I will move forward.
