I had a case in ccma 11 December ... I was awaiting the results of the case. I kept enquiring from the shop steward , he said they had not got any info as yet. In August I went to ccma to enquire about the case only to find out it was closed without my knowledge. I have been to ccma in October nd they referred me to labour court. They ask me to apply for a pro Bono lawyer.... I feel very disappointed as I was cheated out of my 25 years service.... I would be appreciated if I could get some help....
We have a bar recently opened downstairs in one of the shops, which we disputed through the owner, the police and through liquor license. Liquor license says the bar is not registered through them and we should inquire with SAPS, and SAPS says they have a license. This bothers as residential owners of the building, the noise level and our for safety. We need a representative to dispute how a bar was approved to operate in a residential area.
My husband and I are married with an ANC but my vehicle is not included, only the house is part of the ANC contract. He has damaged my vehicle badly and refuses to pay for the damages. I simply want to remove my partner from the company as the partnership is not working out, she has 50% ownership, she is not on the registration and no contract in place. the company has no assist or money value to claim on, she did not buy into the company i gave it to her for free, more than n year has passed, and things are not working out, although we did do some jobs and she did get some money and she did loan more than than R50 from the company , i am willing to wright it off, i just want a her off legally from the company.
Warrant of arrest out due to a missed court date for maintenance. He has been attending court for almost three years now for maintenance and missed a court date last month and now there is a warrant of arrest out. Police suggested he gets a lawyer to go to police station to help with the matter. He missed court date because he was out of town trying to get a job.
Documents on laptop ... This person had 4th time today with police at my gate, he taking me now the 4 time to court due to false acquisitions and I owing him money but actually he owns me money. I must know attend the 5th time at court again the same issue. Another reason to leave me alone as it affects my and family lifestyle
