Hi, I have a problem with the pool, the creepy runs for a short time and then stops running when the pressure is low. When u switch the motor off and then on it again, the creepy works for a short time and then when pressure drops, the creepy stops. Sand and oring has been changed . From motor to weir is approx 4m and its a paved area

I would like the electrical installation assessed and the DB upgraded so that each fridge has its own dedicated circuit, rather than all the fridges sharing one circuit. Proposed arrangement: * Fridge 1 – dedicated 20 A circuit * Fridge 2 – dedicated 20 A circuit * Fridge 3 – dedicated 20 A circuit * Fridge 4 – dedicated 20 A circuit * Fridge 5 – dedicated 20 A circuit * House/shop lighting – separate 20 A circuit, if 20 A is appropriate for the installed lighting cable and load. Each fridge circuit should have appropriately sized cabling, protection and socket/isolator for the fridge’s 4.5 A running current and compressor starting current. Please also check the incoming 60 A supply, earth-leakage protection, earthing, cable sizes and voltage drop. Measure the supply voltage and current when all five fridges are operating and when the compressors start, because the fridges are currently entering sleep/protection mode when operated together
We are a group of ex employees, we were retrenched in different years and paid everything. Now the company is closing and current employees received Rk as ex gratia payment. We will that we were treated unfairly, we understand that is a negotiated benefit. We received a final letter of written warning for noise dispute. 1. The final written warning was issued 'audi alteram partem ' 2. The managing agent starts to name and shame my partner regarding issues yhat are not even related to the final written warning. They are not related abd should have been addressed to me as the owner. 3. They have continuously refused to respond to my emails requesting proof as well as emails demanding retraction. This final written warning was cc'd to all the Trustees. 4. I have also requested that the mabaging agent forward her FFC number and proof that the complex is up to date with there CSOS payments, again I have been ignored.

Hi We need a roof for our stoep. The floor surface is approximately 4m x 6m. Our house it built in a U shape. The stoep sits in the bowl of the U. The roof is corrugated sheets with exposed metal trusses. We would like it to look the same. There is already a metal beam installed where the roof should end.

It is a trust for 4/5 properties rented out. The accounting books are done on Pastel. I need a registered accountant to give me a brief audit report. Then the annual tax must be submitted. When submitting a quote i need references of your services. I prefer a fixed amount the the AFS/Audit report and tax submission. Any additional work will be done per hour rate.
