Representation at the CCMA hearing for unfair dismissal based on breach of trust. Said breach occurred two weeks before I got fired. I was allowed to continue working at the restaurant even after my hearing. Company was made aware of alleged breach of trust two weeks prior. I was able to continue working for two weeks then the hearing took place and for another week I continued working for the company. The breach of trust was because it seemed like I had fabricated counts, when I cant remember what exactly happened however I followed company policy and procedure yet I was still allowed to work. I'm seeking a ball park of costs that would be associated with going over my documents and then representation at the CCMA hearing that will take place on the 13th of November
Only thing I have is my child birth certificate , copy of the manual marriage certificate were with the spouse. She had destroyed it, I can get a copy from.the school , which they require and court order or attorney letter to have it printed and due the circumstances of the school they will not release the marriage copy due the POPI act , we were married foe almost 10 yrs , but the marriage was never registered atbthe deot of homeaffairs .
I was unjustly evicted from a property I'm renting by the landlord, immediate eviction though Im currently out of south Africa. They asked my family including a 2 years toddler and staff to vacate within 30 minutes, threatened them with police and some people the owner called bylaw officers, break doors and search rooms and personal stuff with no authorization or warrant. My people were ask to take only their clothes. Some left with no clothes because of the pressure and threats from the owner and people who where accompaning her. They had no eviction notice from the court. Someone from the rental agency brought an immediate eviction letter yesterday evening around 5pm asking my family and staff to vacate the property today 18th November. At 9am today 18th November the owner was there and gave my family 30 mins to leave. They didn't allow them to take even foodstuffs. My family is out of the house now with no alternative accommodation. They left everything behind, furniture's, beds, fridges with food, beds electronics, everything. My home office was searched, door to prayer room broken. Yes I owe them, I had to pay my rents on the 1st of November which I haven't. Will explain more when I come for consultation.
I have supported my child from when she was born until at the age of 6 years. All expenditure was from me alone from food, clothing, crèche and pre school (Grade R). I was staying with the child the two of us, until her mother spoiled my relationship with my child. The mother of the child restrained the child from going to school during the child's final exams at school. I decided to go to Pretoria High Court, unfortunately the Judge Retief temporary ruled against me, for the child to stay at her friends place where the mother doesn't sleep in when she is from work. The child was going to school alone on Uba/Bold about 40km away from the school in the morning and afternoon. I hired the private investigator to investigate because I knew that the mother of my child she will never bring the child to school and take her back. The mother depended on the friend and the friend requested an Uba/Bold for the child. The child is the girl, South Africa in human trafficking is excelling. Righ Now, I am willing to go to Pretoria High Court to finish up the case. The mother of the child claimed that I beat the child with the belt. Unfortunately, it was used against me. Teachers tried to wrote me letters for the motivations stated, the child when she lives with the father she alright but when she is with the mother, the child she even comes to school without books and school uniform and even a lunch. But the magistrate Retief J ruled against me, and ordered that the child must stay at friend place, provided the mother comes to sleep with the child everything. None of those never happened, and the mother of the child condemned the court order by refusing me with access to see the child. Please assist me, where you are capable of winning this case.

Prepay installed yesterday by. Intimidating my wife by declaring our Solar was illegal. Was installed in by Solar and Gas, and we specifically paid for COC and registration, unfortunately they are no longer in business. Given 2 weeks to register. Urgently require inspection and hopefully a certificate.
My wife and I got an agreement to divorce since we were having financial financial situation. The plan was to divorce and settle the debts we had. After she received the money she bought a car afand register under her name of which I didn't have a problem with that since I trusted her with everything. Now she changed saying it's her car and the money was her fair share she deserves it.we got married in July 27 in she left to free state which is our home town. She's stays until December. we spend the whole year together after we finish with our divorce process we stayed together until September back to free state again. Now my argument here is I feel divorce process was not fair to me because there's a breach of agreement between us. I'd like us divorce process to be revisited again

we are a family of 4 moving from London to SA. I am a South African citizen. my wife and kids are British. The kids will go to school in Stellenbosch and need study visas. We plan to arrive start of Jan . I tried to apply for study visas from London, but there is not enough time, so I am planning to apply for study visas from South Africa once we have landed. However I am not sure if that is possible or if you must do it before you arrive in SA.
On a rainy wet day a motorcycle rider lost control and drove into my my stationary vehicle while I was about to turn right at intersection with yellow box.Exit lane was clear and gap was created by an omcoming vehicle on the slow lane that had stopped and motioned with his hand for me to pass through. But as I made to enter the yellow box my car right front tyre was turned in to enter still at the edge suddenly there comes the motorcycle on speed on the speed lane I stopped immediately to allow him to pass since he was not slowing down nor stopping before the yellow box. There and then I watched struggling with his motorcycle swerving left and right as he applied brakes 3times without success he slid into the yellow box and only stopped his motorcycle by hitting my stationary vehicle therby causing damages broke the right-side projector headlights and parking light, the right fender and front right side bumper and the bumper slider as well as damage to the driver's door such that it doesn't open. I seek clarity on who is liable because the cost of replacing and repair of my vehicle is expensive
