I'm being falsely accused with no valid evidence, only employee that claims of harassment after she was issued with a written warning by me... Also the investigator submit inaccurate /misleading information to company ER department that contributed towards allegations against me. I am still waiting for a penalty and preparing to go to ccma.
Divorce, domestic abuse, restraining order in place, 3 years has gone and no help from courts, taken my son to stay with him because i had no financial help for no one no court no husband no maintenance after being put out of my resedence in the middle of the night. And him lying under oath when he opened the devorce case as me having a afair and leavjng on my own. Proof is all in my restraining order evedance. Abuse of all kinds was done and still i am on the street dbacause of this and he is gladley spending our money monthly supporting his mum and new cars and bikes and his drinking problem and i dont even eat every day. I need help i have a lawer but nothing is being done for me to get back what i need to get back on my feet get my child back from this man and fight for what i am entiteled to because.i was put out on the street with no job no place to stay no financial help at all. What can i do to end this and fight for myself with all i have because i am drowning on the street alone
I need advise on something taking place at the company I work for. There are currently 5 salary levels and the company is making level 4 and 5 redundant ( lowest levels) I have to increase my output to move to a level 3 and I confirmed what the salary level 3 is currently. it was given to me verbally and not via email. I'm querying it again and waiting feedback. Is the company allowed to lower or reduce the current amount?

Iam Zambia by Nationality. I got Permanent Residency in . I traveled to Zambia in for My Father's funeral. Since then I haven't left South Africa. My permit was in Passport. Since they introduced Certificates I have never gone to do them and I lost my Passport. I need this sorted and I will engage the Zambian Embassy for a New Passport. I have 3 Children aged 24, 21 and 16 with a South African Woman, but we separated. My Children have South African IDs and they live with me. Date of Birth: 26 June

I worked from Age 16 to 51 when I was retrenched in , impossible to find employment. I do t have funds but I need help with the settlement he has sent to me. He will pay for the divorce in full. Previous divorce case since . Primary care granted to eldest son by Curator Ad Litem. Want to defend and turn around the court order granted 11/3/26. Proof of CAL not doing proper investigation and ignoring 4 years of litigation abuse, DV. Defendant being in contempt of court on at least 4 different court orders. Cases reported to SAPD where no action has been taken since cases were opened.
Hi we do not have any parenting plan were never married but she does have his surname no documentation of full guardian ship.He is mentally and emotionally abusing me and now my daughter who is 12 at a point where she is failing her test and is in a state.She requested to go no contact with him during exams because she cant focus i have not informed him. I am constantly in stress he will show up and take her or do damage to my property,he has called me names and i told him we meaning me and him will not have contact until this is sorted out.He has been locked up before from a mother women who he has 3 children with because he is aggressive and very confrontational person.Please can someone contact me this is a on going story for 10 years now and i am tired of being scared of him.
I have two matters. (1)I did registered my late wife's estate in but had somehow dropped the ball I went through my papers lately and found the copy off the high Court papers requesting the mucipality papers. Am I still in title to my wife's 50% (2)I was retrenched on up till to day I'am still fighting to get hold onto my 22year severage pay dispite it being recorded on the high Court roll, which I have a copy.
