I do not have a fixed annual income. I work contractually on a on and off basis. I need help with my personal tax please.
We do seasonal placements for farm workers on farms in the USA. We do the recruitment (placement) and we do then with the visa applications. The farmers in the USA pay us recruitment fee and visa filing fee. I need bookkeeping and then also guidance with tax registrations etc. We are a new company.

Assistance with filing tax returns
I'm having some issues with tax withholding by the IRS. South African company getting paid by USA company. SA business had usd withheld because SA company didn't enter their business iD number into tax form. Now we need to get the money back from the IRS and need accountant in Capetown to file paperwork to US to get funds released back to South Africa company. Is this something you are familiar with or know of a proper accountant that is well versed in this area? I need a referral asap if you have any? Thank you.
