Highschool is looking to redesign our current website. We want a modern look and feel. RHS also has the need for a user-friendly website.

This is a departmental website for the of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering at UKZN. The institution has a top level website that covers our department superficially. That site will remain as is. This website is a different, lower-level site with more information. It will be run by us. It must run on our own servers and it can be created in WordPress. The old version of the site is ugly and not engaging. We are presently investigating new design ideas with some dynamic content (news feeds, and staff commentary etc). The site will use standard UKZN header and footer on each page. There can be a local admin who can maintain the static pages. However, staff should be able to post/edit/delete the dynamic content on their own. We want the site designed and deployed for our servers. We will pay upfront and - once off. We are trying to avoid repetitive ongoing costs. We don't have time to develop this ourselves. Nor are we competent designers of graphics etc. However, the technology is easy for us.
