I got retrenched got a signed letter after, only promised to be paid BCEA Severance Pay of 1 week and leave days. Did not get paid notice pay and I have been with the company for 2 years and 6 months but started as an intern sponsored by the YES 4 YOUTH by Nampak then got absorbed as an employee for a fixed term contract of 12 months then it was never renewed and there was no discussions ...I continued to work they continued to pay up until today
