1) I am the sole owner and director of the company. 2) The company has shareholding in two companies which pay out dividends once a year. 3) The company is not selling any services/goods and as such not registered for VAT... or required to register for VAT at this stage. 4) My share certificate has been endorsed as non resident as i am a non resident in terms of DTA. 5) To date since the company is new I have not received any dividends as yet. The financial year end is 31 December. 6) i am not domiciled in and would require an accountant's services to represent me . 7) I need preparation of Annual Financial Statements in terms of IFRS for SME. As mentioned above the company has zero income or expenses to date. 8) Annual preparation of corporate income tax return 9) Preparation and submission of provisional tax calculation
