There is an alarm system in the house monitored by blue with the previous owners, but it is old and would probably need to be replaced as well. The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony. Looking for a night guard to patrol the garden at our private house, as we have had 2 break in attempts in the last week. We're thinking to have someone patrolling from about 6pm to 6am every day, as we would like the intruder to be caught. s is a retail store, I am currently looking to replace my current security, as my staff are more efficient then the security guards we have right now. Hardly see the owner or his operations manager who should be checking the site on a daily basis, give direction to their guards & make sure that all the policies are implemented. In the area, we have high shrinkage, if the guards are not paying attention but my staff are.............Then its time to cut off the dead weight and find a security company who is serious about business as I am.
