This is home which we are purchasing. We intend to install solar once the bond is registered (we plan on doing the installation early in January). We do not currently have electricity usage, as this is a bigger home than we are used to. I bought a townhouse in a complex and there are two bathrooms and the kitchen to be renovated. I want the tiling, taps etc. to be removed completely and replaced with whole new designs, this will be for the bathrooms and kitchen. I will then finally need the entire inside of the house to be painted. I am not sure at all about the total sqm of the house. Would need someone to advise.

Want to also build on top of the wall fence fortunately it's manucipality side..... the extension I want it to be flat concrete slab for the roof..... three rooms extension with opening to the lunch which will be making the 4th room......the red lines are for an approved plan but I'm no longer interested in the same way but more similar to this .....all the red lines I want them to run until the wall fence the lounge and and the extension kitchen I want it to be rooms
