Very old farm house. It had wood floor. I need a concrete floor. All plumbing, electricity, and roof plan needs to be done afresh. I need it quary roof tiled. All kitchen and two bathrooms are concrete floored and need to be retiled. This house is more than years old. It needs to be assessed if not worth rebuilt from scratch.
Hi, I am situated in Parkrand, Boksburg. 90 % of our property is paved We need a garden service that knows how to work garden beds (the difference between a weed and a plant etc). Our garden has pretty much been demolished by our soon to be "ex-garden service". We need people who know what they're doing and having a green-thumb is not necessary, but an added bonus. I require a shade port for two vehicles to be installed in front of the garage. I would prefer no poles to be used as the structure can be secured directly to the two walls of the buildings adjacent. Dimensions are 6.00m (width) x 4.70m (length). A small 10cm space will be necessary between the entrance door wall and the shade port to accommodate pipes.

Good day. We are moving out of a shop and we need to hand back the premises as a "white box". Walls and doors needs to be repaired and painted white. It's +- 90m2 room and I'm guessing the ceiling is about 2.4m to 2.7m high. One side(entry side) of the room is basically windows and doors only which does not have to be painted except for the little bit of exposed wall. We need this done end of April, Ideally between 28 and 30 April.
