I need: +/- 10 pictures hung; washer/dryer properly installed; some furniture assembled; a plug point changed and plug covers put on 2 plug points; a bathroom mirror re-hung; some kitchen hooks put up; a plug extension properly (firmly installed); my balcony weather-proofed; a laminate shelf installed in the kitchen; glass doors and window cleaned. We are looking to add a flatlet onto an existing property. 72sqm is estimated size. 1 or 2 bedroom (with dressing room), 1 full bathroom, kitchen open plan to lounge/dining area. Please include plumbing, electrical, sewerage connection to municipal line. Does the rate per sqm also include for fittings, eg. sanitary ware, lights, kitchen sink, gas stove, electric oven, butchers block, geyser, etc?

My house has two standing roofs joined by parapit. Between these roofs there is a flat roof joining them with a very slight slope and lots of leaks. I requested a certain builder to build for me. Niw he left the job incomplete so I need a qoute from you for the folowing task. 1. Installing 9 normal doors and one pivot door. 2. Fixing wallls, spaces to insert 10 windows in each room are not at the centre of the walls. 3. To intall garage ramb which is 6 x 4 sqaure meters. 4. To complete walls up to the roof level ( currently the height level of the wall which is slready there is 8 brick block up . 5. To complete walls for 1.8 x 1 meter toilet.
I removed the tiles from the floor of my balcony as I had water problems in my braairoom below the balcony. I then sloped the balcony floor away from building walls and made the water exit holes bigger with more slope. I now need waterproofing on the floor of balcony. Question: If I want to use the balcony, can I walk on your waterproofing ??
We have a house at Zimbali that we rent out and needs a few touch up, paint from dampness, outside maintenance (wall cleaning etc) painting on the inside, check the roof for any damages as there is dampness coming through, painting inside, bathroom ceiling, cornices, cupboard shelves to be replaced etc.
