I received a protection order last year at work the Lady says I bully her and they team up with her friend against me, I was going to the court the whole last year, they give MTN to investigate those numbers we didn't get response till today, I make my own investigation take to court but they didn't bother looking at it or further the investigation now I received a letter of court order which say I need to not around this lady, I also sent my Protection order towards her because ever since we attending the court she was very abusive to me she made sure when I'm alone she does all those things. We are installing a new kitchen and refurbishing our wooden floors in open flow lounge, dining room, kitchen. Tops are being installed next week Wednesday and wooden floors will be finished then too. This is a big area of about 85sqm, which includes a scullery. The kitchen design and colours are finalised. We need assistance with types of backsplash for kitchen, flooring for small area in scullery and then layout of furniture for lounge and dining areas. We would like to use as much of our current furniture and decor but are happy to upcycle and make some changes. We need help with colours too, and styling. I don't want anything from the marriage but she still insist that I agree to pay all marriage debts even when I don't want anything from settlement. I don't have any debts in the marriage but all hers and majority of those debts she made without talking to me first, telling me its her money but now im the one who should pay for them. If she wants me to pay then she is forcing that everything is decided in half, which wasn't what I want. She gave served me with dirvoce papers and all I wanted was signing the papers so she could be free as she said her life would be better without me All I want is giving her the divorce she wanted and start afresh with my life.
