Really impressed — professional, punctual and super responsive. Friendly team and great value for money. Improve on communication

Tina didn realise that I am hearing impaired and I still phoned her using the technology with the call being converted to words.The other thing is that for 2018 she had a medical aid income and with no medical aid and complained on that.the point is that from a tax point of view there is nothing I can do as she got the extra income and was taxed accordingly.she had to pay R1370 which is minimium and it was for 2018.If if she objected to it,Sars will reject the objection completely.I did what I could with over 25 years of experience in tax.
