I liked that they were efficient in providing me a quote.

They were NOT punctual. They were to arrive at 11am and they only arrived at 3pm. They were paid in full, however they still are refusing to provided the COC certificate my landlord requires. They are ignoring my messages to them. It's been over 2 weeks now.
